SBI PO 2017
Every year State Bank of India (SBI) conducts Probationary Officers (PO) recruitment exam for selecting candidates for PO post. SBI PO 2017 exam is national test conducted by State Bank of India for recruitment of Probationary officers. This test is conducted to fill the vacancies for officers rank. This is a computer based test. Information for SBI PO Exam is available on official website. Before taking the exam candidates are advised to read the SBI PO 2017 notification carefully before applying for the exam.
Eligibility for SBI PO Exam
Candidates who are graduate in any stream and aged between 21 and 30 years are eligible to fill the application form of SBI PO 2017. There are two phases in exam.
Selection Procedure for SBI PO Exam
Phase 1:- Preliminary Exam
Phase 2:- Mains
Candidates need to clear phase 1 to get qualified for Phase II (mains exam) which will be conducted on June 4, 2017. After clearing the mains the candidate will be called for GDPI (Group Discussion (GD) & Interview which will be conducted from July 10, 2017 onward.
As per the merit list the candidate will be selected for SBI PO 2017. Candidates with higher rank in SBI PO 2017 will be only selected for Probationary Officers (PO). The marks score in all stages i.e. in mains exam, descriptive test, group discussion and interview are calculated for the final result.

Career Opportunity:
Once the candidate selected for SBI PO they will be on probation for two years. In this period they will be given intensive training. At the end of two years of probation/training period, they will be subjected to a screening process. The Officers who achieve the predetermined standards may be confirmed and given placement in the next higher
